Algolia is seeking a strategic, analytical, proactive and operationally strong Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will help drive predictable revenue growth by strengthening our forecasting discipline, improving pipeline visibility, and delivering actionable insights that enable Revenue leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions. This role will own and continuously improve core components of Algolia’s revenue operating rhythm, including forecasting, pipeline health, revenue performance reporting, and planning support.
