The Role: We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end user journey for Aiven's self-serve customer base. This role is deeply focused on what happens after someone signs up — turning new users into activated ones, activated users into paying customers, and paying customers into expanded accounts. You'll combine segmentation, behavioural data, and personalised messaging to build a lifecycle program that drives measurable monetisation outcomes. This includes everything from in-console nudges to nurture flows to expansion signals.
