You bring a point of view early, design solutions that hold through delivery, and stay accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. Depending on the engagement, you may own solution design, contribute to the build, lead delivery coordination, or all three. What you'll do Push to recommendations faster. Within the first engagements you are shaping direction and identifying where business processes need to change, not just mapping requirements. Enhanced handoffs and early POVs are how we create value at enterprise scale. Recommend changes beyond the platform when the engagement calls for it: process redesign, workflow ownership, how work moves between teams and between humans and agents. Design end-to-end solutions that translate existing enterprise workflows into arch
