Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping how merchants experience Affirm’s products. You'll help define our product strategy, lead high-impact go-to-market initiatives, and develop compelling narratives that drive business outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong product intuition, strategic thinking, and a bias for action. You’ll bring deep customer and competitive insights to everything you do, and operate as a true partner to Product, Revenue (including Sales, Customer Success and Enablement), Partnership, and Analytics leadership. What You’ll Do: Shape Product Strategy Through Insights: Partner closely with Product to shape the roadmap by identifying new opportunities, uncovering unmet customer, merchant, and partner needs, and incorporating feedback loops. Leverage customer research, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product development and strategic prioritization.
