FP&A MANAGER Chronic disease care is being reimagined and the finance function is central to how that model gets built, priced, and scaled. As FP&A Manager, you'll join a lean Finance team that punches well above its weight. You'll report to the Director of FP&A and partner daily with Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Sales, and our exec team to drive decisions that actually matter. We're a fast-growing startup applying AI to financial work in ways that make the traditional FP&A playbook feel obsolete — and we're looking for someone who'd rather write the new one.
