Director of Engineering

At Zeta Global, we are building the next generation of AI-powered marketing ecosystems. The “Prospect Audiences” team within the data layer powers ingestion of behavioral, demographic & geographic identity signals and enables generation of smart audiences from the Zeta Data Cloud. These audiences are the cornerstone for improved audience targeting by Zeta’s customers and higher marketing ROI. As Director, Engineering, your immediate responsibility will be to own the Third-Party Audiences product from an engineering, architecture & technology purview, guide the team to deliver on immediate roadmap work items and work with product and business stakeholders to shape the product itself. Over time, the role could evolve into broader participation in the complete data layer (consisting of 6 other teams) and additional ownership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Prospect Audiences team, consisting of ~10 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. Guide the team to deliver roadmap work items on time, of high quality, within the boundaries of the organization processes and guidelines.
