This is a fully remote role within the United States. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Data Science Engineer, AI to join our team and help eliminate the financial complexity of healthcare. We value creative, outside-the-box thinkers that back their ideas with technical knowledge and action. Responsibilities: - Work cross-functionally with Product and subject matter experts to conceptualize, prototype, and build data solutions - Unify and augment multi-source healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, contract rates, demographics) into high-quality, Analytics-ready data models that power internal and external products - Build and maintain data engineering systems that support AI use cases, including scalable ingestion pipelines, feature generation, and downstream products - Contribute to building, maintaining, and testing data pipelines - Draft internal and external technical documentation - Seek and prioritize technical and product feedback from internal customers - Iterate quickly with an eye towards value What you'll bring to the role: - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience/knowledge.
