The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s. About the role We're hiring a Recruiter to help build an exceptional team at Tremendous. In this role, you'll own the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination). You'll learn every aspect of the recruiting lifecycle while building our talent pipeline. We're committed to getting the right people, not just filling seats. You'll develop instincts for what makes people successful here, build deep understanding of our market and talent landscape, and learn to consistently identify candidates with high potential.
