KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own strategic and operational carrier relationships across the Americas portfolio - Lead negotiations on rates, surcharges, service commitments, and contract terms - Run quarterly business reviews and regular carrier-performance reviews - Monitor service, transit, and cost performance across key lanes and merchants - Lead major carrier escalations and drive corrective action - Support Sales and Account Management on complex merchant opportunities - Recommend routing, carrier, and commercial changes based on performance and economics - Build disciplined internal reporting on carrier health and risk - Work closely with Operations, Product, and Finance on carrier-linked issues and deci...
