About the Role We are looking for an Accountant to help build, scale, and strengthen a core part of Swap’s finance operations. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of accounting, systems, controls, and automation, helping shape how financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and month-end processes evolve within a fast-scaling, AI-native business.
