The office is fully equipped with robots for demos and testing! This specific role will also spend ~4 days/month in our Glen Cove robotics facility. About the Role We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure & Developer Tooling to lead and scale the core infrastructure and internal tooling that power our robot deployment and development lifecycle. This high-impact role blends distributed systems, DevOps, and developer experience to support mission-critical robotics operations. You’ll serve as the technical lead for infrastructure efforts and will likely lead 1–2 other engineers, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role as the team expands. You’ll own key initiatives that ensure our robots are securely deployed, monitored, and updated at scale, while also enabling fast and reliable development across the engineering org.
