Senior Manager, Business Transformation (Healthcare | Specialty Pharmacy | Consulting Backgrounds Welcome) Compensation: $135,000 – $145,000 base + bonus + benefits Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel, including to Boston, MA Why This Role This is a high-impact leadership role for candidates coming from management consulting, healthcare strategy, or complex implementation environments who want to drive enterprise-level transformation. The Senior Manager leads end-to-end program set up for execution/implementation of specialty pharmacy initiatives across health system partners. This role is responsible for designing, planning, sharing, and optimizing complex, multi-site implementations involving clinical workflows, EMR integration, functional (e.g., IT, 340B, Payor Access, Medication Access, etc.) processes, and AI automation to ensure overall operational readiness. The Senior Manager serves as the central point of coordination and initiative PMO Lead for deployment by internal cross-functional teams, health system stakeholders, and external third-party partners to ensure successful program launch, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
