Director, Commercial Forecasting

Location: This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. The Opportunity At Praxis, forecasting is a strategic capability that drives critical business decisions and helps accelerate the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients. The Director of Forecasting will lead all commercial forecasting activities across the portfolio, partnering closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Legal, Commercial, and Executive Leadership to provide clear, data-driven insights that inform strategy, resource allocation, and long-term business planning. Primary Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand and revenue forecast across the Praxis’ portfolio including pipeline and launch products Lead cross functional alignment on forecast inputs and assumptions across commercial, finance, manufacturing, and legal teams. Develop analyses and sensitivity models to quantify risks and opportunities across a portfolio of near-term launches, supporting go-to-market and investment decisions.
