Location: This is a remote-based role that requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed. The Opportunity Praxis Precision Medicines is entering a pivotal moment as we prepare for commercialization, and how we build and scale capability across the organization will directly impact our success. We are seeking a high-impact Regional Business Director to lead field execution and drive commercial performance across a defined geography. This leader will be responsible for managing and developing a team of field professionals while ensuring alignment with enterprise commercial strategy. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will play a critical role in delivering successful product launches, driving customer engagement, and building a high-performing regional organization. What Youโ€™ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
