The Patient Education Liaison (PEL) serves as the primary field-based patient support partner within an assigned geography, helping patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers navigate the journey from prescription through therapy initiation and ongoing treatment. The PEL delivers disease and therapy education, helps address access-related barriers, and partners closely with providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams to support timely treatment initiation. In addition to supporting individual patients and providers, the PEL serves as a trusted resource for complex patient situations, contributes field insights that help shape patient support strategies, and drives continuous improvement in the patient experience. This individual is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and accountability while influencing outcomes across a diverse group of stakeholders.
