About the Team The Supply Chain Technology team within OpenAI’s Enterprise Platform & Technology builds and scales the systems and data architecture that power our core supply chain operations. We enable operational agility, visibility, and execution across planning through fulfillment and partner operations. Our focus is on modernizing workflows through strategic integrations, scalable automation, and seamless data flows empowering better decisions, reliable operations, and sustainable growth as OpenAI evolves. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer, Supply Chain Technology to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our global supply chain systems landscape. This role will serve as a senior hands-on expert across Oracle Fusion SCM, owning solution architecture and implementation inside Oracle while helping define how the broader supply chain technology ecosystem integrates with it. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, strong experience implementing solutions through configuration, customization, scripting, and Oracle-native integration capabilities, and the ability to partner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to enable scalable, auditable, and resilient processes.
