Job overview: We are seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of Omadaโ€™s equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, and other incentive plans. This role will ensure accurate recordkeeping, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity plan administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors. About you: You are a detail-oriented equity administration professional with complete knowledge of your area of specialization. You work independently on problems of diverse scope, applying sophisticated analysis and evaluation of relevant factors. You are comfortable interacting with senior internal and external partners, explaining complex information clearly, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Your impact: Equity Plan Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of Omadaโ€™s equity programs, including grants, exercises, releases, and ESPP purchases.
