Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Systems Project Manager with strong experience in HR systems, HR operations, and process optimization. This role will support the growth and scalability of the People function by leading HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements. The ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with operational HR knowledge and understands how technology capabilities align with real-world People processes.
