The role The Corporate Development Associate plays a key role in supporting Nebius’s capital formation strategy and execution across debt, equity and structured capital soutions to support the company’s rapid expansion. This role drives financial analysis, supports execution of financing transactions, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimise capital structure and fund growth initiatives. In addition, the role may also support M&A and related strategic initiatives.
