The role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and discreet Team Assistant to join the CIO Office and support the CIO and leaders within the Enterprise Technologies organization. This role combines executive support, team coordination and operational administration to help the team run smoothly and efficiently. The right person will be able to manage calendars and logistics with a high degree of confidentiality and sound judgment, while also supporting travel coordination, events, team processes, and day-to-day Enterprise Technologies operations.
