You will strengthen the tech docs team, part of the Product and Infrastructure department, and help create, maintain and scale customer-facing documentation that’s clear, relevant and reliable. Your responsibilities : Author and maintain customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references. Review and revise content authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness.
