The role We’re looking for an L2 IT Technician in data center to support and maintain large-scale GPU clusters in a data center environment. We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Support Engineer to This role focuses on troubleshooting of high-performance server hardware, including GPU clusters. You will be deeply involved in resolving complex hardware incidents, proactively handling L1/L2 support via the ticketing system. Working closely with IT infrastructure engineers and L3 technicians, you will help optimize diagnostics, reduce resolution times, and continuously improve SLA performance.
