What this role is asking for.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Operations Trainer will design training programs for new hires and existing team members. Training will include new hire training, cross-training into new products/functions, and refresher training to help address areas that require further focus. The trainer is responsible for developing the training material, facilitating the training, conducting readiness assessments, and coordinating with the Operations team on general trainee readiness and additional training needs. To be successful as a trainer, one must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. The trainer will use innovative and alternative teaching methods to ensure engagement across trainees and help prepare agents for new roles and responsibilities. The focus of this role will initially be on data entry and reporting functions and will be utilized across business units. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop new or update existing training material to meet new hire and continuous training needs and to meet overall training objectives for the team. This includes training content, job aids, team intranet / resource sites. Utilize different tools to deliver training, including google suite, elearning platforms such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, videos, and engagement tools to keep training engaging and impactful.
