ABOUT NABI Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We’re starting out with building the first digital health platform for eating disorders with an agentic care model, where we empower clinicians with agents to deliver continuous care. We’ve already served tens of thousands of members and have raised over $10M from the top firms in Silicon Valley. WHY WE NEED YOU This is a founding operations role at the company. As part of this founding role, you will be tasked with setting the highest standards of operational excellence across the organization. The core responsibility is the following: build the clinical engine that powers care. The systems and processes that you build will affect the whole patient journey, starting from the first mile (intake + patient onboarding + clinician matching) to the last mile (revenue cycle management). You’ll work directly with the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer, and clinical team to design and run the operational backbone of the company.
