WHY WE NEED YOU This role exists to ensure that patients who are ready for care can access it quickly, reliably, and with a high-quality experience. You will also own a broad set of clinical operations work, from clinician hiring coordination to process improvement, and take on whatever the team needs a dedicated owner for. The expectation is consistent: high ownership and attention to detail so nothing falling through the cracks. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own patient intake end-to-end — run outbound calls and texts to prospective patients, schedule first appointments, follow up on no-shows, and re-engage lapsed patients so no one falls through the cracks - Track and report on the funnel — own KPIs like reach rate, conversion rate, and show rate, and bring a weekly view of intake performance to the ops team - Own patient communications — craft our scheduling messages, follow-ups, and emails that are clear, warm, and on-brand - Support clinician hiring and onboarding — help co...
