In this role, you will: Support Strategy & Operations of the Branch Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into the Italian market, focusing on competitor moves, local trends, and new partnership opportunities. Branch Monitoring: Support the IT Branch Manager in monitoring local operational health, tracking branch-specific KPIs, and identifying bottlenecks. Product & Business Support: Provide localized insights to the Product and Business teams to help them better integrate with local partners and Italian user needs. Strategic Mapping: Assist in identifying and evaluating high-impact partnership opportunities that align with our long-term Italian market strategy.
