Engineering Manager - Assistance

About the opportunity: We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Assistance segment to lead, manage and grow a group of talented engineers, working closely with product managers and various stakeholders from the business, focusing on interesting and exciting topics at N26. Our Assistance segment focuses on providing a world class support experience in the channels customers prefer whilst we grow our customer base. Drive speedy problem resolution in a compliant way through improved tooling and processes for operations staff and thereby reducing costs.
