Onboarding and Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Compliance & Onboarding Specialist to own the journey from signed contract through to a new joiner's first weeks with us. You'll be responsible for ensuring every employee joins compliantly, on time, and with an exceptional experience, while helping us maintain the high standards expected of a regulated healthcare business. What You’ll Do: You'll own the onboarding journey from signed offer to successful start date, ensuring every new joiner has everything they need while maintaining the highest compliance standards expected in a regulated healthcare environment. This role is all about organisation, ownership and follow-through. You'll be managing multiple onboarding journeys at once, keeping stakeholders on track, and making sure no detail is missed.
