Senior Management Accountant

What is the job? We're looking for a Senior Management Accountant who wants to be part of scaling a local UK finance team to a 1st rate European finance team within a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical business. At Montu, we're transforming patient access to medical cannabis across the UK, and our Finance team plays a critical role in making that happen. As we continue to grow within and beyond the UK, we're looking for someone who wants more than just a traditional accounting role. You'll have the opportunity to manage two team members and get involved in all things financial control as well as finance team transformation, continuous improvement, decision-making, training & mentoring and supporting our European expansion. You will help shape the future of the Finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified, finalist or qualified accountant who wants exposure beyond the traditional management accounts cycle. You'll work closely with our Financial Controller and have access to our General Manager of Finance.
