ABOUT THE ROLE The Founding Recruiter is responsible for building and running Leapโ€™s hiring engine, ensuring we can scale headcount without compromising on quality. This role partners closely with founders and hiring managers to move the company from founder-led, reactive hiring to a more consistent, high-performing, and scalable model.
