ABOUT THE ROLE The Founding Recruiter is responsible for building and running Leap’s hiring engine, ensuring we can scale headcount without compromising on quality. This role partners closely with founders and hiring managers to move the company from founder-led, reactive hiring to a more consistent, high-performing, and scalable model.
