ABOUT THE ROLE: The education team at Kong sits at the crucial intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. Their primary mission is to translate Kong's highly complex, cloud-native technologies into accessible, engaging learning experiences for global enterprise customers, partners, and internal staff. You will be working with a small, tightly knit education team based in the UK, who have deep knowledge of Kong products and curriculum development. This team is responsible for creating and delivering both online and instructor-led training to Kong customers and partners. As a curriculum developer, you will design hands-on labs and coursework covering the full API lifecycle, distilling complex cloud-native architectures, service meshes, and technologies like Kubernetes, Go, and Lua into digestible modules.
