Kong's IT team is building an internal AI Enablement Specialist function — a group that goes directly into business teams and helps them work smarter through AI. We're hiring an entry-level practitioner to join that effort and grow with it. You'll work alongside senior team members on real projects: mapping where AI can help, building tools that address specific problems, and supporting the people who use them. This isn't a passive learning role — you'll be doing real work from day one, with mentorship and support to help you develop quickly. We're looking for someone who already uses AI tools in their own work, thinks critically about what those tools can and can't do, and is eager to learn how to build with them — not just use them.
