Job Description The Senior Sales Engineer I is responsible for using technical knowledge of Inductive Automation’s product offerings to support the Sales team by providing excellent service to the company’s customers, guiding implementation based on customer requirements and executing strategies to grow sales. They analyze customers’ technical specifications, recommend the best product configuration and installation processes as well as estimate implementation effort, time and resources. The Senior Sales Engineer I develops and delivers technical demonstrations and education, architectures and best practices to Inductive Automation’s end-users and Integrators to grow customer loyalty. This is a full-time role with remote, on-site, and hybrid opportunities available. Responsibilities - Providing end-users, integrators, and customers technical demonstrations and web demos; including demonstrations of Ignition, answering technical questions and architecture discussions - Hosting Lunch and Learns for Integrators, educating them on specific features of Ignition - Assisting customers with questionnaires of RFPs - Providing solution support to end-users, integrators, and customers to ensure they have the knowledge needed to successfully thrive using Ignition software - Attending various conferences and tradeshows with Public Relations division; travel may be required - Assisting with...
