As a Lead Contract Manager on the Strategic Accounts team, you’ll own complex renewals and commercial outcomes for HubSpot’s highest-paying and Lighthouse customers. You’ll lead value-driven renewal conversations, partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal, and ensure accurate forecasting and contract execution. This role also serves as a senior IC within Contract Management — mentoring peers, improving processes, and contributing to the strategic evolution of how we serve our most complex customers.
