This role requires a balance of creative vision, operational precision, and performance-driven execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong editorial sensibility and a proven ability to translate complex ideas into engaging media across platforms. They are expected to drive channel growth, shape content direction, and work cross-functionally to turn media assets into consistent acquisition and engagement tools.
