ABOUT HAULER HERO Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the Road App that connects field operations with the back office. Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many still manage their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business. ABOUT THE ROLE Hauler Hero is looking for a product designer who lives in mobile: someone who designs for thumbs, glanceable screens, spotty connectivity, and people working a route, not sitting at a desk. You will focus on the Road App, the mobile experience drivers and field crews use every day, along with other field-facing tools. This is hands-on craft work, and it does not end at handoff.
