OVERVIEW As an System Operations Engineer at GovWorx, you will be responsible for working with our small but effective Operations Team. We are looking for someone that can help us evolve our current DevOps and Production Operations practices so that they exceed industry standards for Software as a Service systems. Given the mission critical role our software plays in our customer’s environments, we need to continuously monitor and improve our ability to deliver, monitor, and respond to alerts.
