That someone is the Market Partner. I'm not looking for someone with a resume that already has a President's Club banner on it. I'm looking for the person who hears a "no" on Tuesday and dials again on Wednesday with a sharper angle, who treats prospecting as a craft rather than a chore, and who wants to learn to sell from the people next to them. This is the front line of how a new category finds its customers, and it's the clearest on-ramp to closing we have.
