Head of Value & Pricing, Strategy & Operations (12M Fixed Term, New Verticals) The Role You’ll be part of the New verticals Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, the engine responsible for driving NV Value strategy. In this role, you’ll support and lead high-impact workstreams that inform where and how we provide great value to customers in a financially sustainable way across the whole suite of levers: Item pricing, discounting, Fees, Value discovery etc. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and local markets to translate strategy into execution. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong strategy skills, analytical thinking, structured communication, and sound commercial judgment. What You’ll Do Strategy & Insight - Define and Shape Value strategy and independently set roadmap across markets, and value levers - Be accountable for achieving NV Value OKRs (e.g. price mark-up, item offer penetration) across key markets. - Proactively identify and size new value opportunities and design net‑new initiatives to unlock them - Support key commercial initiatives on partner onboarding, strategic promotional events Performance & Planning - Own the setting and tracking and reporting of KPIs for Value pod, own performance reviews - Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to build frameworks for performance monitoring, forecasting, opportunity...
