About the role We're looking for a Strategic Operations Senior Manager to join the Office of the COO and serve as a trusted partner to the VP, Strategic Operations. In this highly visible role, you'll help shape strategic priorities, lead planning and operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve execution across Crunchyroll's global media and direct-to-consumer business. You'll work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into action, developing executive communications, building decision frameworks, and creating the governance, insights, and accountability needed to keep the COO organization aligned on its highest priorities.
