Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) About the Role Crunchyroll is looking for a YouTube Operations & Content Specialist to support and grow our India YouTube presence. This role will focus on content planning, channel operations, audience growth, and rights-safe publishing. The ideal candidate understands YouTube deeply, is comfortable working with content operations, and can balance creativity with structure. Familiarity with anime is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities YouTube Channel Operations Manage day-to-day uploads, scheduling, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists. Execute content plans including shorts, long-form clips, and community posts. Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails to maximize discovery and engagement.
