About the Role We are looking for a senior strategic operator to help shape priorities, accelerate decision-making, and drive execution across our Growth & Planning organization. As the Strategic Growth & Planning Operations Director, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the SVP of Growth & Planning, helping shape how the organization prioritizes, makes decisions, and executes against its most important opportunities. You’ll sit at the center of a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with Growth Planning, Finance, CDI, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and regional teams to help leaders allocate attention, navigate trade-offs, and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
