About the role As the Senior Manager, Curation (Europe), you will lead the strategy and execution of Content Curation across the main European markets. You will shape how fans discover and engage with content across Crunchyroll's most visible surfaces, balancing strong editorial judgement with disciplined use of performance data. You will define regional frameworks, align cross-departmental teams, and mentor Curation talent to deliver experiences that are locally relevant, globally consistent, and commercially effective. Success requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and influence across Product, Programming, Marketing, Growth, and regional stakeholders.
