About the role We are hiring a Director of Engineering, Monetization Platform to join the Service Monetization organization and lead the long-term platform investment required to scale Crunchyroll’s monetization systems for future growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, Service Monetization, this leader will own strategy and execution for the shared monetization foundation across platform scalability, reliability, observability, compliance, service modernization, architectural simplification, infrastructure efficiency, and high-ROI refactoring of critical systems. Their mission will be to help Crunchyroll’s platform scale to 50M fans by strengthening the monetization systems that support subscription growth, revenue operations, and dependable fan experiences at global scale.
