About the role We are looking for a Manager, Machine Learning and Data Science in the Hyderabad Area to lead and scale a team applying advanced Data Science and Machine Learning to a global digital entertainment platform. Our ecosystem spans paid VOD streaming , online Manga reading , Merchandising , Gaming , and Music Video experiences , all centered on deep user engagement and premium content consumption regarding the anime fandom. In this role, you will manage a team of Machine Learning and AI Engineers, and Data Scientists focused on understanding content, user behavior, and product engagement , and turning those insights into actionable business insights and product features that offer personalized user experiences . You will partner closely with the Director of Data Science & Machine Learning (DSML) to scale both the team and the technical capabilities needed to support a growing, multi-product p
