The Role We’re looking for a Provider Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end experience of training new clinicians. You will be the architect of our provider onboarding program—building the materials, running the live sessions, and ensuring every provider is set up for success from day one. Today, you will onboard 2-3 new providers per week, scaling to larger cohorts of 5+ as we grow. You’ll partner closely with our Clinical Operations team to track provider performance during onboarding and continuously improve the program based on real outcomes.
