Product Manager - AI Deployment

ABOUT CONDUIT HEALTH We're rebuilding how post-acute care gets done in America — AI-powered, vertically integrated, and relentlessly focused on getting patients what they need without the bureaucratic nightmare. $22M+ raised, scaling fast, and what we build in the next 12 months will touch hundreds of thousands of patients. THE ROLE This is not a supporting role. You'll drive how AI gets deployed across Conduit — designing, testing, and shipping the agents and features that automate the operational guts of post-acute care: prior authorization, eligibility, benefit checks, document extraction, and claims. You'll do real product work, but the center of gravity is AI: turning messy, manual healthcare workflows into systems that run themselves. You'll work across operations and engineering with real autonomy and a high bar. We want someone who reaches for AI before reaching for headcount.
