Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Candid Health, you’ll be the connective tissue behind every candidate experience: owning scheduling, coordinating logistics, and building the systems that let our recruiters do what they do best. The Candid team has more than doubled in the last 18 months, and we are looking to replicate that growth this year and the next. That growth only works if the candidate experience is seamless from first touchpoint to offer, and your work is critical here. This is an opportunity to help shape what a best-in-class recruiting function looks like at a fast-growing health tech startup - and grow alongside it. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Own interview scheduling end-to-end. From recruiter request to confirmed candidate invite, you’ll own the scheduling process across phone, video, and onsite formats, with fast turnaround and high accuracy. - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline scheduling. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage last-minute changes, and keep every interview running on time and on track. - Be a primary POC for candidates throughout the interview process. You’ll send confirmations, share prep materials, and ensure no candidate feels left in the dark, delivering a white-glove experience at every touchpoint. - Maintain ATS hygiene (we use Ashby).
