Technical Program Manager - Implementation

Candid Health is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to serve as the connective tissue between our Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives on organization and can navigate the complexities of a fast-growing platform. You will be responsible for taking high-level business objectives and breaking them down into technical milestones, ensuring that our EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) teams are aligned with our Operations and Implementation goals. You’ll be the person who ensures that as our product grows more complex, our ability to deliver it to customers remains seamless. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Program Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives. You will create the roadmaps, define the milestones, and track progress across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Bridge Operations & EPD: Act as the primary point of contact for Operations teams.
