About the Job At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution designed to empower today’s commercial contractors. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role within Product Marketing by building the customer advocacy engine that turns real customer outcomes into references, referrals, reviews, stories, and advisory engagement that strengthen how BuildOps wins in the market. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing, this role is ideal for a strong operator-builder who can work with little day-to-day oversight, solve problems independently, and build scalable systems that make customer proof a strategic advantage across go-to-market motions. What You’ll Do Build and scale BuildOps’ customer advocacy program across segments, products, trades, and use cases. Create a clear system for recruiting, activating, tracking, and retaining advocates across references, referrals, stories, speaking opportunities, reviews, and advisory engagements. Own the pipeline of customer proof assets, including strategic references, referrals, testimonials, case studies, and customer stories that support Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive storytelling.
